Becky was the first to be in touch and was able to visit the next day so we went for it. She identified the soffits we wanted tested for was metal therefore did not take any sample and only did the garage asked for. 3 months later we finally moved in to the place and had to do some repair work on the roof. Builder found out it wasn’t metal, it was cement and tested positive for asbestos. We had to have it removed. Contacted Becky to ask for a compensation. The initial communication was good but we did not receive any payment on the deadline set for or hear back from her
